At Connick Tree Care, we’re proud to support those who go the extra mile to make our community a better place. That’s why we were honoured to sponsor the Volunteer of the Year award at the Reigate & Banstead Sports Awards, an event that celebrates the unsung heroes of local sport.
And the winner is…
Our Chairman, Mike Connick, had the privilege of presenting the award to this year’s winner, Tony Stone of Chipstead Football Club, in recognition of his exceptional commitment and contribution behind the scenes.
The annual awards shine a spotlight on the people; athletes, coaches, volunteers, and clubs, whose passion helps sport and physical activity thrive across the borough.
As Cllr Nadean Moses, Executive Member for Sustainability and Leisure, said at the awards night held at Reigate Manor Hotel:
“The Sports Awards are about more than competition, they’re about community, commitment, and the power of sport to change lives.”
