We have multiple levels of employment. An operative or semi-skilled person has a progression path. The progression path is discussed and agreed with the employee. Speed of progression is tailored to the employees desire and abilities.Training is fully supported by the Company. Every employee has a regular appraisal to confirm progress and agree the next stage.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday between 0700 and 1630 with some emergency callout liability (standby payment made) and overtime / weekend working available as operations require.
