Emergency Tree Services in South East England
When a tree fails or a branch falls, it is not always obvious whether it is a true emergency. We are here to help you make that call.
Connick Tree Care provides emergency tree services during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
What is a tree emergency?
A tree emergency usually involves an immediate risk to people or property.
This might include a tree or large branch that has fallen onto a house, is blocking access, or is creating a serious safety issue.
However, not every fallen tree is an emergency. If there is no immediate danger, it may be more appropriate for us to visit and provide a quotation rather than attend on an emergency basis.
What to do next
If you think you have an emergency, the best first step is to get in touch.
Call or email us and we will talk through the situation with you, explain what we can do, and advise on the most appropriate next step. In some cases, that will be an urgent response. In others, it may be a planned visit without emergency call-out rates.

Out of hours situations
If a tree has caused damage to a property or is creating a serious hazard outside of office hours, emergency services such as the police may already be involved.
Your priority should always be safety. Keep clear of the area and follow any guidance given.
Out of hours emergency contact (Term Contract Clients)
For commercial clients on a term contract, out of hours support is available via your dedicated mobile number provided at the start of your agreement. If an urgent issue arises, please call this number to speak directly with our team so we can respond quickly and take appropriate action.
Practical advice
- Keep a safe distance from the tree
- Do not attempt to move branches yourself
