There are a number of pests and diseases that are harming the trees in the UK, including Oak Prossesionary Moth, Ash Dieback, Asian Longhorn Beetle and Honey Fungus.
Brighton & Hove is home to approximately 17,000 Elm trees. Elm disease is a constant threat to the National Elm Collection.
Connick Tree Care is the Arboricultural contractor providing specialist tree services to Brighton & Hove City Council, including management of the Elm trees to keep the disease at bay.
